There’s no one “right way”
Personally, I love CrossFit.
But there are lots of other kinds of movement that I love, too!
Hiking, kayaking, hot yoga, chasing my dog around the backyard… even biking nowadays (it’s becoming a thing). Just to name a few.
And if you hate all those things, but you love boxing or swimming or TRAMPOLINING… then that’s cool too! Because there’s no one right way to get movement in. The important thing is that you find something that you 1) truly enjoy and 2) can be consistent with.
It’s the same thing with nutrition.
That’s why you won’t hear us saying there’s one “best” diet. (We try not to bash any of them either… which, believe me, is really hard sometimes. 🙈😂) Because what works well for one person may or may not work for the next. Because what one person loves, another person may hate. Because the “best” diet for YOU is the one you can stick to; and for you to stick to it, it must be compatible with your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. And it may even change depending on where you are in your journey and what phase of life you’re in.
And if you don’t know what the best strategy is for you right now… that’s okay! That’s what we’re here for. Working with a qualified nutrition coach can help you figure out what is going to work best for you - not as a quick fix, but in the long run. So if it takes a little trial and error, but you achieve (and maintain!) the progress you’re looking for, then so be it! We’re here for sustainable solutions and long-term success.
