Good sleep is essential for good health, and it can help you achieve your weight loss or performance goals. If you aren’t happy with the quantity and/or quality of your sleep and want to make a change, or if you want to learn more about how sleep can optimize your overall health and wellness, our sleep audit includes:
• An assessment of your current sleep and recovery practices
• A personalized report with helpful practices you can implement to improve the quality and/or quantity of your sleep, catered specifically for you and your lifestyle
