The best strategy? One that you stick to.

Have you ever had a nutrition strategy work for you... until it didn't anymore?

Maybe you've had success with counting macros in the past; but now, your life has more stress or your priorities have changed, and you just can't bring yourself to do it anymore.

If that's the case, maybe take a step back and ask yourself, Why does it matter to me to stick to this strategy? What's my why? And when you find yourself not complying with the plan: are you not doing it because it's not as important to you anymore, in which case you (and your coach, if you have one) can work to find a better-suited strategy? Or is there something else standing in your way?

There's no judgment either way. There is more than one way to approach nutrition! Perhaps counting macros is the best way to achieve the goals you set for yourself. But if other things and priorities are more important right now, that's okay too! You can work (on your own or with a coach) to find a strategy that allows you to stick with it, rather than taking a sort of all-or-nothing approach.

Remember: the best plan is a reasonable one that you can actually stick to!
