Lauren Amos is the owner and operator of Elle's Kitchen. As a Freelance Foodie, she utilizes her 20 years of restaurant experience to help people with any food and beverage need. She was classically trained at Johnson and Wales, and has a background in recipe and menu creation from working in kitchens across her state. Lauren also has a love of teaching and educating others about food -- her true passion in life.
