How it works:
For four weeks (October 6 - November 2), you’ll work with our team of certified nutrition coaches - and alongside motivated peers - to incorporate new healthy habits into your daily routine.
We’ll give you the WHAT (what new actions to take) and the WHY (how these actions impact your health and wellness).
Each week you’ll add a new habit to the ones you’ve already built, creating a healthier lifestyle by the end of four weeks. Research shows this gradual approach makes it far more likely your habits will stick for years, leading to lasting change.
Each day you’ll log onto our customized challenge platform to check off the habits you’ve completed for that day. (It’s super easy!)
Earn points for yourself and your team by completing your habits, exercising, and participating in pop-up challenges led by our coaches.
We’ll both cheer you on and hold you accountable, so you can honor the commitment you’ve made to yourself.
OPTION 1: Basic Entry - $25
Full challenge access: weekly habits, lessons, and community
Placement onto a team of like-minded individuals (you are not alone in this!)
Daily to-do lists via our customized app, so keeping track of your new habits is easy
